On February 7th, between 9.30am – 4pm, Jordana Ross will be taking one-on-one meetings (single participants or groups) with documentary filmmakers who are looking for commissions for feature length and TV- one hour content. Priority will be given to emerging documentary filmmakers who have not had the opportunity to work with documentary Channel before. Jordana will take pitches or is happy to just get to know filmmakers with whom she might have the opportunity to work in the future.
Please submit a one-page project synopsis with your bio, as well as an optional trailer or demo reel to docbc@docbc.org by January 29th in order to participate.

Jordana Ross – Production Executive, documentary Channel
Jordana has worked in television and documentaries for 25 years. As Production Executive at documentary Channel she oversees the creative and production management of all commissioned production and development projects.
Prior to joining CBC and documentary Channel in 2006, Jordana spent five years as a producer and director for Discovery Channel’s nightly science program Daily Planet.
Jordana holds a B.Sc. from Western University and an M.B.A. in Arts & Media Administration from the Schulich School of Business.
